1. Project Overview:
A ceramic sand manufacturer in Thailand wants to purchase a drying system for drying moisture after grinding and granulating bauxite and additives. According to its production process and technical needs, the technicians of Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. planned a solution to While drying the ceramsite sand before entering the kiln, it also solves the screening link. The two parties signed a supply contract in June 2018, and the equipment was manufactured and shipped as scheduled in August.
The discharge end of the dryer is equipped with a screen to screen out finely divided materials with unqualified particle size, and thermal insulation measures are taken on the outside to prevent heat loss.
2. Solution
This supply is a single-cylinder dryer and corresponding transmission and support devices. It can dry 8 tons of ceramsite sand semi-finished products per hour. The following solutions are adopted to solve customer needs:
1) The dryer is equipped with a lifting plate heat exchange device, which lifts and throws the materials during operation, thereby increasing the contact area between the hot air and the materials and improving the heat exchange efficiency.
2) The rotation speed of the drum can be adjusted steplessly. By adjusting the rotation speed of the drum and the air inlet temperature of the dryer, it can adapt to different forms of feed material properties and meet different product moisture requirements.
3) Adopt self-aligning rolling bearing support wheel structure to reduce wear and power consumption. A special blocking wheel structure is adopted to allow the cylinder to move up and down normally on the supporting wheel, ensuring uniform stress on the surface of the supporting wheel.
4) Install a screening machine at the discharging end to directly remove unqualified fine materials, eliminating the need for trommel screening, simplifying the process and saving equipment investment.
5) Install insulation materials on the outer surface of the cylinder to prevent heat loss during work, save energy, reduce consumption, and reduce costs.
