2. Project description
This project is to granulate the sunflower shell ash produced by the boiler. The production capacity required by the customer is 1t/h. According to the material characteristics provided by the customer, our company's technology has been carefully studied and determined to use DG series double-roller extrusion granulation. machine. The double-roller extrusion granulator is a new type of equipment developed and produced by our company based on the original double-roller extrusion granulation based on many years of production experience. It can be widely used in the fertilizer processing industry, feed production units and chemical industry for granulating, producing and processing powder materials.
At present, the equipment has been successfully operated at the owner's site, with a production capacity of 1.5t/h, exceeding the designed capacity and well meeting the owner's production needs.
3. Structural composition and characteristics
DG-1 double-roller extrusion granulator is assembled by the frame, transmission connection part, machine head part, crushing working room, etc. The structural characteristics of each part are as follows:
1. Frame part: All workpieces of the machine are installed on the frame.
2. The transmission connection parts include: motor, pulley, V-belt, reducer, chain, sprocket, and coupling.
3. Machine head part: including bearing frame body, a pair of high-pressure die roller skins, two shafts, etc.
4. Crushing studio: It consists of crushing roller bearing frame, crushing roller, screen, etc.
The structure of this machine integrates granulation, molding and screening, which makes it have the characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple operation and low energy consumption. The main components such as the roller body are made of a new type of metal with anti-corrosion, wear resistance and impact resistance characteristics. It has wide adaptability to raw materials.
