2. Project description
Tai'an Xinhuaneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. is a large-scale scientific and technological innovation private enterprise specializing in the market research and development, production and promotion and application of high-efficiency pulverized coal, coal-water slurry, coal-water slurry additives, and gasification coal-water slurry additives. The company covers an area of 67,000 square meters and has domestically advanced professional and technical personnel for the production of laboratory equipment. It currently has more than 100 employees, of which technical personnel account for 30%. The company has always focused on the research, development and application of high-efficiency pulverized coal and coal-water slurry.
3. Design principles
(1) On the premise of meeting the production scale requirements, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.
(2) The auxiliary equipment is based on the principles of stability, reliability and energy saving to ensure normal production with high quality, high yield and low energy consumption.
(3) Fully combine local natural conditions, optimize the design plan and reduce the project cost as much as possible while meeting the process and production conditions.
(4) Conscientiously implement relevant environmental protection laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant emissions, protect and improve the environment, and achieve safe and civilized production.
4. Project implementation
The first phase of the pulverized coal preparation project with an annual output of 250,000 tons was open to public bidding across the country. Because Xinhuan Energy has a greater influence in the industry, well-known suppliers in the industry rushed to sign up during the bidding, and 8 peers participated in the bidding. After more than a month and three rounds of intense technical and commercial bid evaluation and negotiation processes, Zhengkuang Machinery finally successfully won the bid in July due to its excellent product quality and numerous achievements in pulverized coal preparation.
After winning the bid, our engineering and technical personnel overcame a number of technical difficulties according to the technical requirements of the bidding documents, carried out careful and meticulous design of construction drawings, and passed the review in one go. The project department strictly followed the contract requirements and formulated a rigorous implementation plan. Equipment manufacturing, installation, shipping, debugging and other work were completed on time and debugging went smoothly with the active cooperation and support of Party A's project department.
During the trial production process, our after-sales service personnel stayed on site for more than a month to promptly deal with and eliminate problems such as jittering operation of the powder separator and air leakage from valve seals.
