The rotary kiln of this project is mainly used for calcining kaolin. It has the characteristics of good calcining effect, large production capacity, high operating rate, low energy consumption, stable and reliable operation, easy operation and maintenance, etc. It can achieve energy saving, consumption reduction and environmentally friendly production.
3. Product advantages
1. A return scoop is installed at the end of the kiln so that there is no dead space at the feed inlet. Both the kiln head and the kiln end are equipped with cold air jackets and protective plate structures. The protective plates are made of heat-resistant steel castings, and the structural design is easy to replace;
2. The transmission part adopts a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, which can adjust the speed at any time according to specific conditions. It relies on the variable frequency motor and gear drive system to provide power to rotate and stop. Energy saving and environmental protection, high efficiency, high speed regulation accuracy and smooth operation;
3. Auxiliary transmission: An auxiliary transmission motor is used to ensure that the rotary kiln can still operate when the main power supply is interrupted, preventing bending and deformation of the cylinder and facilitating maintenance. It is also equipped with an electric hydraulic block brake to avoid reversal when the kiln is stopped;
4. Blocking wheel device: It adopts hydraulic blocking wheel and relies on the pressure provided by the hydraulic station to push the blocking wheel and the kiln body to realize the up and down movement of the kiln without manual intervention and is fully automated;
5. Kiln head and tail sealing device: Using three layers of flexible sealing (stainless steel sealing flakes + carbon-silicon aluminum fiber composite plate + stainless steel sealing flakes) combined with a labyrinth structure seal, the air leakage rate is low, the sealing performance is better, and the reliability is higher. Moreover, it has a longer service life and is easy to replace, which can significantly reduce its maintenance costs.
