A building contractor in Malawi. They already have a wall putty production line. They want to expand the production scape, and decide to build a new cement clinker grinding plant. They want to produce grade 32 and 42.5 cement, the capacity they need is about 10 tons per hour.
2. Project description
The whole project consists of four sections,the first section is raw material batching, the second section is raw material grinding, the third section is finished product storage and packaging, and the fourth section is electrical control. After full communication with the customer, we determined the supply scope of our company. Our company is responsible for the process design of the entire grinding system, equipment production, non-standard parts design and production and electrical system design. After fully understanding the details of the site project, our engineers selected and designed an open-circuit cement grinding process suitable for customers. In the raw material mixing section, two belt scales were used to weigh the raw material gypsum and clinker respectively. The gypsum and clinker with a certain proportion were carried into the ball mill through the belt conveyor for grinding. After the material is fully ground in the ball mill, it enters the bucket elevator and is lifted to the silo by the fighter elevator. The material in the silo is transported by the packing machine or bulk machine respectively.
3. Equipment parameter
The batching section uses belt scale B500x1800, the feeding capacity is 7.6 tons per hour, and the motor power is 1.1kW.
