Project Overview

On December 13th, 2022, a Yemeni customer sent an inquiry requesting various experimental equipment for their university laboratories.Contact the customer online and tell him that we cannot provide all the equipment he needs, customer noted that we would provide quotations and equipment parameter information of the items we can do.

On December 16th, the complete quotation sheet was sorted out including the lab ball mill 305*350mm, 10L tank mill and jaw crusher PE150*250 with specific equipment parameters and reference pictures and sent to customers.

The online contact and New Year's greetings in the period are simple responses from customers, and the project has not progressed. Send more equipment reference pictures and operation videos to customers on January 10.

During the period, I followed up with the customer many times but did not get any reply. The turning point happened on February 7th our customer replied that they are going to purchase our lab ball mill 305*350mm after I sent normal greeting, who said their purchasing department would contact me.

On February 10th, Dr. Issa, the purchasing manager of the client company, contacted me and provided the contact information of their branch in China. They will remit the money by RMB transfer. I organized and sent the stamped version of the contract to the customer, then the order is completed.
