In January 2018, a customer in Bolivia ordered a Ф800x600mm experimental ceramic ball mill from Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd., which was used for grinding and sample preparation before laboratory testing of various materials. The equipment was manufactured on March 10, 2018, and the customer accepted it. Will be shipped later.

The experimental ceramic ball mill is suitable for scientific research institutions, factories, mines and other enterprises to grind and prepare samples before testing the composition and performance of materials. It has a short cycle and wide practicability. In December 2017, a customer in Bolivia wanted to purchase a small grinding equipment for sample preparation due to quality inspection requirements, and required that the iron grinding body should not affect the material testing results. After contacting Henan ZK Machinery Co., Ltd., and after inspecting and understanding the technical parameters of the experimental ceramic ball mill, it was decided to purchase a Ф800x600mm experimental ceramic ball mill in January 2018.

3. Solution

This time we are supplying 1 ceramic ball mill, specification Φ800x600m, intermittent grinding, designed charging capacity of 0.075 tons. This project mainly adopts the following solutions to solve customer needs:

1) Wide range of application: In addition to grinding materials, ceramic ball mills can also be used for medium, fine and ultra-fine crushing of materials in large stone factories, and can process various ores.

2) Good energy saving: The ceramic ball mill can start by self-decompression during operation, reducing the starting current, so it is more energy-saving.

3) Uniform product particle size: Because there is a grate plate at the discharge port of the ceramic ball mill to control the particle size of the material, it is difficult for overly large materials to be discharged from the discharge port.
