This equipment is a supporting equipment for the grinding and briquetting workshop of Iran's 6,000-ton magnesium metal plant per year. It is mainly used for grinding mixed materials such as calcined white, ferrosilicon, and fluorite powder. It has many advantages such as high working efficiency, low operating cost, stable mechanical performance, smooth transmission, good product consistency, low product loss, easy replacement of wearing parts, and low maintenance cost.

2. Solution

φ1.83×7m ball mill has the following characteristics:

1) Reliable work and smooth operation. The ball mill has a low failure rate and can continue to operate.

2) Strong adaptability. Dry or wet operations can be performed, and drying and grinding can also be combined.

3) Good sealing. Negative pressure operation is possible, and there is no dust flying in the workplace.
