1. Project overview
In December 2016, an Indonesian building materials company contacted Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. to indicate that it wanted to purchase a set of river sand grinding equipment. In January 2017, through communication with the business and foreign trade personnel of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., the data requirements such as grinding materials, factory area, product capacity, and fineness were explained. After fully meeting the needs of the other party, with years of project and equipment manufacturing experience, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. carried out equipment selection, layout and process design for it. After many friendly communications between the two parties, after the equipment, process and electrical plans were determined, two ball mills with a size of Φ3x12m were ordered. On January 06, 2017, the two parties signed a purchase contract. During the implementation of the project, Henan Zheng Mine Machinery arranged engineering and technical personnel to provide technical services on site. After one month of production and debugging, the output and fineness of river sand reached the agreed requirements, and the equipment was stable and reliable. The acceptance was completed in May 2017.
2. Solution
The supply of 2 ball mills for river sand grinding, with a sand powder fineness requirement of 350 mesh, this project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1. According to the customer's material grindability data and production capacity product requirements, make process formulation and equipment selection for customers, and rationally plan the equipment layout based on the area of the on-site plant.
2. According to the customer's product fineness requirements, give full play to the grinding ability of the equipment, choose a double-chamber tube mill with a barrel diameter ratio of 3, and install a rubber rib liner in the mill to meet the grinding requirements.
3. The loading capacity of the grinding body in the ball mill is appropriately increased, and steel balls with a particle size smaller than that of normal grinding are selected to strengthen the grinding requirements.
4. Arrange technical engineers to direct the installation on site, provide technical guidance and services, and increase the reliability of the equipment's later operation.
5. After the equipment is installed, the commissioning scheme is designed and planned, the operation steps are clear and reasonable, and the problem handling measures are clear to ensure that it can be put into production in a short time.
