3. Project Implementation
This alumina ball mill is a centeral drive, batch discharge type ball mill.
When the drum body rotates, the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving hard grinding body.
When the grinding stops, the crushed material is discharged through the grinding door.
This type of alumina ball mill is mainly composed of supporting chassis, main bearing device, rotary part, transmission device and other components.
The structure and main features of each part are as follows:
Support chassis: each part of the chassis after the elimination of internal stress after welding, respectively integrated processing and manufacturing, effectively improve the installation accuracy and reliability of the machine.
Main bearing device: the mill is supported on the two main bearings through the spindle. The spindle bears the weight of the whole mill and the grinding body and the material, and is also affected by the torque when the mill turns around.
The main bearing adopts rolling bearing instead of the traditional sliding bearing, which simplifies the structure and improves the reliability of the overall operation, reduces the useless power loss in the process of cylinder operation, and also makes the maintenance and overhaul more convenient.
The main bearing is composed of bearing upper cover, bearing lower seat, blind cover and through cover, etc.
Bearing lubrication using lithium-based grease.
Rotary part: the cylinder body is made of high quality carbon steel plate coil welded into the straight section of the cylinder body, two elliptical head and internal reinforcing plate and drive shaft welding. Welding process after several heat treatment process, welding after the completion of the overall processing, processing accuracy is high;
The cylinder body is provided with a alumina lining plate to protect the cylinder body;
The mill is a single chamber with a grinding door on the cylinder body;
The rotary part of the cylinder is supported on two main bearings.
Transmission device: by the motor, reducer through the coupling to drive the main shaft to make the cylinder rotate.
After long-term exploration, technical communication and according to the actual operation, the two sides have continuously improved the scheme. The two sides jointly developed and produced three generations of successful mill products. Each generation has been optimized on the basis of the previous generation, so that the overall performance of the mill continues to improve, and constantly meet the more demanding application requirements.
The first generation of products: traditional edge drive mill, reliable operation.
The second generation of products: center drive, both ends of the traditional plane end plate structure, reasonable joint structure.
The third generation of products: center transmission, both ends of the arc sealing plate, the force structure is more scientific, more beautiful shape.
