1. Equipment Introduction

The air-swept mill of a Beijing Technology Co., Ltd. is a Φ1.2×24.m ball mill. This product is used for the grinding of coal gangue and gasification slag. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high grinding efficiency, relatively low energy consumption, long service life, low vibration, low noise and good sealing performance.

2. Working principle

The feeding equipment feeds the raw materials into the chute of the feeding device, and the raw materials below 150 °C enter the barrel bin through the feeding screw barrel, and a certain number of grinding bodies are installed in the bin. When it reaches a certain height, the impact energy and friction energy when it falls are used to crush and grind the raw materials. At the same time as the raw materials are crushed and ground, the specially designed induced draft fan passes through the discharge device of the mill to crush and grind the ground fine particles. The powder is sucked out of the mill and entered into the next process.
