II. Project Description

This project uses rotary kiln to burn and dispose the waste residue. As the waste residue will produce dioxins in the process of incineration, it is necessary to set a second combustion chamber at the end of the kiln of rotary kiln to eliminate dioxins in the flue gas.

Power supply: 380V/50Hz/3 hours. The motor's energy consumption grade is IE2, the insulation grade is F, the protection grade is IP54, and the explosion-proof grade is dII BT.

Kiln body specification: Φ2200 x18000 (mm)

Main material of kiln body: Q345R

Kiln head and kiln tail seal form: fish scale and labyrinth type
