At this time, the calcination zone of the lime rotary kiln showed: the flame is slightly short and powerful, the fire color is brighter than normal, the skin of the rotary kiln is white, the shadow is close, the fine powder in the clinker increases, and it will rise when it exits the cooler it has large dust, and the clinker is green-grey.
If the above temperature cannot be stabilized and continue to develop to a low temperature, the small local car should be closed as soon as possible. After the local car is turned off, the small exhaust air should be properly closed to keep the tail temperature unchanged and the flame concentrated. Otherwise, the temperature will continue to drop, the fire color will change from pink to red, and the fine powder of clinker burned will continue to increase. It will not roll well, and the structure of black-green clinker will be loose. If this happens, you must use a large slow kiln, close the small exhaust, and burn the lime rotary kiln. Otherwise, the temperature will be lower and the clinker will lose its rollability like sand. If it slides down the kiln wall, waste products will be produced. Cause loss to production. In the event of such a situation, the method of stopping burning (that is, stopping the kiln burning) should be adopted. This is a special measure that must be taken as a last resort. Generally, it is strictly prohibited.
