Brief Introduction
YK series circular vibrating screen is adopted German technology of USK vibrating screen and improved by Chinese design and operation experience. It could instead of USK vibrating screen and some other vibrating screens.
Basing on many years productive practice, this series-vibrating screen has many merits: large processing capacity, reasonable design, high strength and stiffness, high standardization, reliable operation, small noise and easy maintenance. They are widely used in coal, metallurgy, mining, electricity generation, building materials, light industry and chemical industry. They are highly efficient vibrating equipment for screen coal, limestone, broken stone, gravel, metal and nonmetal ore, and other piecemeal materials.
Operation principle
YK series circular vibration screen is single mass forced vibration equipment, made up of vibration components, such as screen box and vibrator, elastic element, such as spring. The motor drives vibrator by tire coupler, and it would produce exciting force by the fast rotation of eccentric block, which make the screen vibrate continually. The materials do the projectile motion continually on the screen with the screen box. The materials are layered when thrown up, go through the screen when fall down. Go round and begin again, the classification is going on.
Design feature
This vibration screen is make up by below parts,
1 Vibrator: There are two vibrator installed on side plates of the screen box. Two vibrators connect by cardan, so that moving synchronously. Each vibrator is made up of two main eccentric blocks, two assistant eccentric block, two single raw centripetal short cylindrical bearing and two protective cover, so that the exciting force is big. The two vibrators fixed on the two boards dividedly by bolts. The vibrators should lubricated by glycerol. The lithium base synthetic grease, used for antifriction bearing, should inject three times at least per week.
2 Screen box: It is the most important biggest part of the equipment, made up of crossbeam, side plates, feeding trough, discharge hopper and screen mesh. High strength bolts are used to keep stable. There are two screen meshes in screen box. The screen of big size mesh is installed at above and the screen of small size mesh is installed at below. The screen mesh is weaved by carbon steel spring. The screen can match the requirements of high efficiency, durable and smoothly. The screen is tensioned by special pulling board, which is easy to install or dismantle, and durable.
3 Support devices: the springs are installed on support seat and the screen box is supported by springs to slow down the shaving of the screen box.
4 Transmission: The motor is connected to vibrator by tire coupling and produce centrifugal force to shake the screen box. The joint takes flexible connection so that it is stable. The motor is installed at the right side of the screen box.
