In order to enhance staff’sknowledge of ceramsite industry, ceramsite production technology and equipment,and in order to improve our company's product quality, we recently invited LiShoude who is the deputy chief engineer of Xian Research & Design Instituteof Wall & Roof Materials, director of Research and Development Center, anddirector of Research and Development Center of Lightweight Aggregate andLightweight Aggregate Concrete to give our employees a profound lecture aboutceramsite. Our managers and staff of our Research and Development Departmentactively attended the training.

Engineer Li started fromexplaining basic ceramsite knowledge, including basic concepts, classification,performance characteristics of ceramsite, so that our employees could gain amacroscopic understanding of ceramsite. Then, Engineer Li  introduced several engineering projects ofnew wall materials and ceramsite he had carried out, and made a deep analysisof the current domestic development level of ceramsite technology and equipment(such as rotary kiln, cooling machine, vibrating screen and granulator) andexisting problems. Moreover, he proposed his own insights on the development ofceramsite technology and equipment. Throughout the lecture, our staff ofTechnology Department listened carefully and took notes. At the end of thelecture, they showed a strong thirst for knowledge by actively raisingquestions and sharing their thoughts.

This training enriches our staff’sknowledge of ceramsite industry and ceramsite production process. It plays apositive promoting role in improving our company’s ceramsite equipmenttechnology and service level.
