In order to learn the policies related to enterprise project application and recruitment and employment, ZK held a symposium with the Xingyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on the afternoon of November 16. Secretary Hu of the Xingyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Section Chief Li of the Labor Relations Section, Section Chief Zhang of the Social Security Section, Section Chief Zhou of the Professional Title Section, and Section Chief Zhao of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center came to the company to provide guidance. At the symposium, Secretary Hu said that in line with the purpose of allowing enterprises to enjoy benefits as soon as possible and serving enterprises, staff of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau should go deep into enterprises to deliver policies and services. Leaders of each department gave a detailed introduction to the latest relevant policies to the company, and gave on-site examples to let the company understand relevant policies, application materials, and online processing procedures such as unit social security subsidies, project declarations, entrepreneurship and employment, and one-time absorption subsidies. In order to ensure that enterprises know, understand and enjoy the policies, and can effectively transform policy dividends into enterprise development benefits, leaders also conducted detailed exchanges on enterprise employment, policy subsidies and other issues of concern to enterprises.
