Recently our company design a 2200㎡long bag type dust collector for Shanxi Jianqiang active lime manufacturing limited, which is composed of an ash bucket, upper box, middle box, lower box, with a fractional structure. There are eight chambers, with a number of 1024 bag with 5.26m. At work, the dusty gas enter into the ash bucket through air inlet duct and the coarse dust particles directly drop into the bottom of the ash bucket, fine dust particles with air flow turn and up to the middle and lower box. The dust accumulate in outer surface of the bag, and the filtered gas enters into the upper box to the net gas collection pipe exhaust duct, then is discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan.
In the cleaning process, it should cut off the air outlet duct of the chamber firstly, so that keep the bag of chamber in the state without air flowing. And then open the pulse valve with compressed air for pulse jet spraying dust cleaning, the closing time cutting off the pavle is enough to ensure the dust stripping from the bag sedimentation to ash hopper, to avoid the dust from the surface of the filter bag and then gater to the surface of the adjacent fliter bag. It can clean the dust completely, and control exhaust valve, pulse valve and discharging valve automatically by programmable controller.
During the manufacturing process, it follows the design concept, and a bolt, a piece of steel are strictly produced according to the plan, to ensure that the site will not modify or borrow the other materials, but also ensure product stability and good appearance.
