There is no doubt, a employee always shirk the responsibility, which is impossible to gain the trust and support of colleagues and obtain a boss's trust and reuse. the employees who are initiative to find ways must be more successful, more popular.

The reason is very simple, however, most people always find the excuse in the failure or criticism, push the responsibility to others or say the objective conditions. What is an excuse? An excuse is to cover up weaknesses, the powerful weapon to push the responsibility, the amulet to blame others and forgive their own. It is a dose of opium, and gradually let our character become weak and lazy, and shrink when we meet the difficulties.
