Packing Case

Packing design should be according to the equipment feature, storage, loading and unloading condition to make the packing compact, full protection, reliable and safety.

The same packing case should have the same color. Outer face should be flat and no obvious spine and worm holes. The wooden case should make the fumigation treatment or adopt the non fumigation material to make the wooden case.

Product packing environment should be clean, dry and be free from harmful substances.

In the same packing case only load the relative parts of the same equipment.

In order to minimize the packing size, we should remove the equipment ledge and make the separate packing. Fixing it in the same packing case or load in another packing case with clear indicating label.

When electrical and instrument are loaded with mechanical equipment together. The separated packing for electrical and instrument should be kept. When the electrical and instrument have been installed on the mechanical equipment, if the position is ledge, which is easy to be impact. We should adopt the special protecting method.

Loaded product name, model and quantity should be same with label and packing list.

When product loading, make the product center of gravity position be placed in middle and lower. If the center of gravity position is higher, should adopt the horizontal packing and other stable facility.

If the parts need to be stacked packing, we should put the equipment part with big weight , big volume and low accuracy at the bottom.

In the cast of that does not affect the accuracy, the equipment with relative movement part should be moved to the minimum overall dimension position and then to be firmed.

The bolt, nut, washer, fasteners and other small parts should be sorted with labels and concentrated put into small bags or polypropylene bags. And then put in to the packing case. Also it can be loaded into the small packing case and then loaded into the bigger packing case.

When loading the part with high processing accuracy and easy to be impact, we should adopt the shock insulator facility. Clean or acid pickling steel pipe both ends adopt plastic cap to be closed. The pipe with screw and foundation bolt should adopt the anti-corrosion facility. The screw part should adopt the plastic thin film, polypropylene cloth and other high strength protection material to be twined. And then tighten in order to protect the screw.

Bundle Packing

Bundle packing is suitable for pipe, round steel and structure steel packing and shipment.

If the bundle packing product length with less than 10m. The total bundle fastening points quantity is not less than 3 positions. If the bundle packing product length is more than 10m, it should be fastened every 3 meters.

When bundle packing pipes with different diameters, firstly put the pipe with small diameter bundle together. And then do the overall bundle. It is not allowed to have the pipe sprang and relative sliding phenomenon.

We should adopt the proper vibration-absorptive material to do the protection in the bundle and fastening position in order to prevent the direct contacting between the product and bundle material.

According to product weight, adopt the wooden material, plywood or rubber material as the middle cushion layer and adopt clamping bolt to do the fastening and prevent the sliding.

Nude Packing

Nude packing is suitable for loading equipment and equipment parts with rust resistance and big dimension over loading section area and not easy to be damage, 

Nude packing part should do the rust resistance facility on the nude bolts. Adopt the protection facility on the nude process matching surface.

Cylinder cushion block position, big gear, tyre and other big machining part should make the protection facility as the requirement.
