The ceramic ball mill of this project is aimed at user needs and focuses on the needs of convenient production operation. The mill is a center-driven, intermittent unloading ball mill. When the machine body rotates, the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving hard grinding body. The crushed material is discharged through the unloading mill door and the discharge cover, and transported out by the unloading trolley.
3. Equipment Features
1. Main bearing part: The main bearing of this mill is a spherical roller bearing with a small friction coefficient and simple maintenance.
2. Rotating part: The cylinder is equipped with a ceramic liner to protect the cylinder and the end cover. In order to load the grinding body and repair the liner into the mill, a grinding door is provided on the cylinder. In addition, there is a special grinding door and sampling port for unloading. Sampling can be carried out through the sampling port to determine whether the material is ground to the required fineness.
3. Transmission device: The motor and reducer drive the main shaft through the coupling to make the mill rotate. In addition, considering the safety factor, a coupling guard is also provided.
4. Mill chassis: After the overall welding is completed, it is integrated and manufactured to ensure the processing, matching accuracy and form and position tolerance of each part, and effectively improve the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine. The chassis is equipped with an inclined ladder for manual operation and maintenance.
5. Discharging device: The maintenance door is easy to open, which is convenient for replacing the grinding door during loading and unloading. It is equipped with sealing felt and discharge valve, which has good sealing performance. It can be discharged when the mill is rotating, reducing the accumulation of materials in the dead corners after grinding in the mill, which can not only ensure the orderly discharge of materials but also ensure the clean and tidy surrounding working environment.
6. Material receiving port: It is connected to the previous process through quick connectors and pipes, which is convenient and fast to add materials and shorten the operation time.
7. Discharging trolley: The lower part of the discharging trolley is equipped with movable casters, which can easily move the materials in the receiving hopper to the required position, which is easy to operate and effectively reduces the work intensity.
8. Electric control part: It is easy to start and stop, and is equipped with a jog button, which can control the stop position of the grinding door with one button, which is easy to operate.
