This project is invested and constructed by a company in Liaoning Province for the harmless incineration treatment of oily sludge, solid/semi-solid waste, and liquid waste. Our company is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and related tasks of the hazardous waste kiln in this project.
II. Solution
Tailored to the characteristics of various biomass waste and combustion process requirements, this rotary kiln features complete combustion, strong adaptability, high operational rate, low energy consumption, and user-friendly operation/maintenance.
Working Principle: Oily waste is fed into the kiln through the inlet end. As the inclined cylinder rotates slowly, solid waste moves axially from the high end toward the kiln head. Fuel is injected via burners for combustion. After undergoing drying, pyrolysis, incineration, and cooling processes, the resulting ash residue is discharged from the outlet end.
