Apron conveyor is a ground conveyor that can transport materials in horizontal and inclined directions. The conveying equipment uses plate chains as traction elements. It is not only strong, efficient, and reliable, but also has a conveying inclination angle of 30° to 35°, a bending radius of about 3m to 5m, and can also transport high-temperature materials (600° to 700°).

Apron conveyor produced by our company are divided into two categories: light and medium. The conveying trough width is 400mm-1200mm. There are seven models, conveying speed 0.05-1.6m/s, and conveying capacity 450-1750m³/h, which can meet various production needs.

Application field

It is used for conveying sharp, hot, bulky and corrosive materials in mining, building materials, metallurgy, coal, chemical industry and other industries.

Conveying materials

It is used to transport boiler ash, cement clinker, iron slag, slag and other loose materials, limestone, coke, gravel, etc.
