Cement rotary kiln is used for cement clinker calcination. Cement clinker calcination is the process of calcining cement raw materials into cement clinker at high temperature. It is an extremely important production process in the cement production process of "two grindings and one burning" (i.e. raw material grinding, clinker calcination and cement grinding). The rotary kiln is high at one end and low at the other end. The high end is for feeding, and the low end is for discharging and feeding coal. The clinker is calcined in the kiln during the continuous rotation process.
Cement rotary kiln is a type of rotary kiln, which is commonly used in the production and calcination of cement clinker. At present, the cement rotary kiln produced by our company is mainly cement clinker dry process production line equipment. According to the different cement clinker production processes, the product is divided into hollow dry process kiln, kiln with preheater and kiln outside the kiln. There are 16 models with cylinder diameters between 2.5m and 4.3m, which can meet the dry process clinker calcination range of 180-3200 tons per day.
