GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder is used to feed block, granular and powdery materials from storage bins or other storage equipment to the receiving device (equipment) evenly, continuously or quantitatively, and can realize stepless adjustment of feeding amount and automatic control of production process. This type of equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, no lubrication, low energy consumption, and can evenly adjust the feeding amount.
GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder has two series: basic type and upper vibration type. Basic model GZ1-GZ11, feeding particle size 50mm-500mm, feeding amount 5-1400t/h; upper vibration model G3S-G8S feeding particle size 75mm-300mm, feeding amount 25-560 t/h, two series of 17 products in total, to meet customers' various feeding needs.
Applicable materials:
limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, diabase, quartz stone, bentonite, etc.

GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, electric power, machinery and other industries.
Advantages
1. Since the material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantly, the feeding amount has a higher accuracy;
2. Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low operating cost;
3. Since the electromagnetic vibrating feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical dynamics, the double mass works in a low critical near-resonance state, so it consumes less electricity;
4. Since the material in the feeding trough is continuously thrown up during the feeding process and jumps forward along a parabolic trajectory, the wear of the feeding trough is small;
5. The control equipment of this series of electric vibrators adopts a thyristor half-wave rectifier circuit, so the feeding amount can be conveniently adjusted steplessly by adjusting the thyristor opening angle during use, and the centralized control and automatic control of the production process can be realized.
