Rotary lime kiln is one kind of furnace which is widely used for calcined active lime production in the world.According to the calcination character of limestone, lime rotary kiln is specialized design for production of active lime. It is also widely used in many industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, chemical and environmental protection.The energy-saving rotary lime kiln has the advanced structure and stable operation. It adopts the vertical preheater with low pressure loss which can effectively improve the preheating effects. The raw materials' decomposition rate in the vertical preheater can reach to 30% before entering into the rotary kiln. It is also suitable for different fuels including pulverized solid fuel, liquid fuel and gas fuel. The final lime products have high activity. This kind of rotary kiln already have been widely used in the steel industry and chemical industry.
Lime rotary kiln products produced by our company have eleven specifications ranging from Ø2.5×40m to Ø5.1×72m. The matching vertical preheater (YRQ04-YRQ20) and vertical cooler (LSF36-LSF112) can meet the production needs of various scales with a capacity of 150-1200 t/d. The quality of lime products is stable and uniform, the unit energy consumption and power consumption indicators are economical and reasonable, the dust emission is low, and it meets the environmental protection standards. At the same time, pulverized coal, coke oven gas, blue charcoal furnace gas, converter gas, blast furnace gas, calcium carbide furnace gas, natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas, and biomass materials can be widely used as fuel.
