Lithium carbonate is a colorless monoclinic crystal or white powder with the chemical formula Li2CO3. It is a commonly used raw material for lithium-ion batteries. According to the lithium production process of lepidolite and spodumene.
Our company's lithium carbonate rotary kiln is divided into two series: lepidolite rotary kiln and spodumene rotary kiln. The lepidolite rotary kiln is used for the roasting of lepidolite and sulfate, and the spodumene rotary kiln is used for the roasting of spodumene crystal transformation in the sulfuric acid lithium production process. Both can meet the annual production demand of 1,000-30,000 tons of lithium carbonate, and have the characteristics of complete reaction of lepidolite and high conversion rate of spodumene crystal. Our lithium carbonate rotary kiln can be customized according to the nature of the customer's raw materials.
Application fields
It is suitable for the roasting of raw materials such as lepidolite, spodumene, pyroxene, and petalite, and can be used to process bulk, powdered or slurry materials.
Advantages
1. The design of the lithium carbonate rotary kiln cylinder fully considers the rotation angle of the cylinder deflection support, which prolongs the life of refractory bricks and castings;
2. The lithium carbonate rotary kiln adopts large-diameter and small-aspect ratio support wheel bearings to improve reliability, and the bearings are self-aligning bearings;
3. The lithium carbonate rotary kiln belongs to the new open gear cover sealing form with good sealing effect;
4. The spring sheet stacking flexible seal and the double-layer spring sheet seal increase the insulation layer design, which helps to improve the reliability and service life of the lithium carbonate rotary kiln;
5. The support part is divided into rolling and sliding forms, and the transmission can adopt DC or AC frequency conversion speed regulation to adapt to various working conditions.
6. The kiln body adopts a wireless temperature measurement monitoring system and is equipped with a remote intelligent variable speed kiln condition control system, which is convenient for production personnel to remotely adjust the kiln condition in real time;
7. The raw material crystal conversion rate is high and the acidification is complete. The spodumene roasting transformation rate can reach more than 98%, the lepidolite calcination transformation rate can reach more than 85%, the spodumene leaching rate is 95%, and the lepidolite leaching rate is more than 90%. The lithium leaching rate and lithium recovery rate are ~15% higher than the traditional process;
