Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment without flexible traction mechanism. It is mainly used for conveying powder, granular and small block materials with low viscosity and not easy to agglomerate, such as coal, slag, cement etc. This series of equipment is generally used for short-distance continuous conveying of bulk materials in horizontal or slightly inclined (inclination angle β≤15°) direction, and the materials can be mixed and stirred during the conveying process. The working environment temperature is -20~50℃, and the conveying material temperature is less than 200℃.
The company's screw conveyor products are divided into two series: tubular GX and trough LS. The GX series has 7 models with a conveying capacity of 0.9-255.9 m³/h; the trough screw conveyor has 12 models with a conveying capacity of 1-520.5 m³/h, which can meet the different conveying capacity requirements of various powder, granular and small block non-sticky materials.
Application Industries
1. Building Materials Industry: In cement production, it is used to convey cement raw materials, finished cement products, etc.; in lime production, it is used to convey lime powder and other materials. For example, large cement plants use screw conveyors to transport cement from the mill to the cement silo, realizing automated continuous production.
2. Power Industry: It is used to convey waste materials such as fly ash and slag, facilitating subsequent treatment and reuse. For instance, in thermal power plants, screw conveyors are used to transport fly ash to the ash silo and then for comprehensive utilization, reducing environmental pollution.
3. Metallurgical Industry: It can convey ore powder, slag, coal powder and other materials, providing raw materials and fuels for metallurgical production. For example, in steel mills, screw conveyors transport iron ore powder to the blast furnace, ensuring the smooth progress of the iron-making process.
4. Chemical Industry: It is used to convey various chemical raw materials and finished products such as silicon dioxide and silicon powder, meeting the material transfer requirements in chemical production.
5. Coal Industry: It is widely used in the transportation and handling of coal. The transportation of coal from underground in coal mines to the ground, as well as the transportation of coal in the processes of coal washing, processing and other links, all rely on screw conveyors.
