YK circular vibrating screen is mainly used for dehydration, de-intermediation and de-sliming of clean coal, medium coal and gangue in coal preparation plants. It is also used for wet or dry classification of fine-grained minerals after crushing and grinding in ore preparation plants. It can be used for cleaning, dehydration, de-intermediation and de-sliming of ore. It can be used for primary grinding classification, replacing spiral classifier and cyclone, improving classification efficiency and reducing mill circulation load. It can also reduce energy consumption in ore preparation plants.

Our company's YK series vibrating screen has 9 specifications and models from YK1224 to YK3060. Each specification model is divided into 1, 2, 3 and 4 layers, a total of 33 products, the screen area is 2.88-18m2, and the motor power is 5.5 -45kW, double amplitude, vibration amplitude 6-8mm, vibration frequency 970 times per minute, which can meet the screening work of 20-900t/h materials.
