The YK circular vibrating screen is primarily designed for coal preparation, performing dehydration, de-intermediation, and de-sliming of clean coal, medium coal, and gangue. It also efficiently classifies fine-grained minerals (wet or dry) in ore processing plants after crushing/grinding. With capabilities in ore cleaning, dehydration, and particle separation, it can replace traditional spiral classifiers or cyclones—boosting classification efficiency, reducing mill load, and lowering energy consumption in mineral processing operations.

✔High-Performance Vibrating Screens

Our YK series vibrating screen offers 9 standard models (from YK1224 to YK3060), with each model available in 1 to 4-layer configurations—totaling 33 product variations. Featuring a screen area of 2.88-18m² and motor power ranging from 5.5-45kW, these screens operate at a double amplitude of 6-8mm and a vibration frequency of 970 rpm, efficiently handling material throughputs from 20-900t/h. Designed for reliability and performance, the YK series meets diverse industrial screening requirements.
