ZM series single-machine pulse dust collector is a small bag dust collector that our company has digested and absorbed similar products at home and abroad and has been improved through optimized design. It adopts a pulse jet cleaning method, which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload, safe and reliable operation, etc.
Our company's ZM series single-machine pulse dust collector can be divided into nine models according to the number of filter bags, with a processing air volume of 700m³/h-21600m³/h, an outlet gas concentration of less than 30mg/m³, meeting environmental emission standards, and low dust collector resistance and high efficiency.
Application
It can be widely used in the dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial dust and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemicals, mining and other industries.
Advantages
1. Small space occupation, low noise, compact structure and low investment; filter bag replacement is done outside the machine, which is simple, fast and easy to maintain.
2. The electromagnetic valve is directly activated by electronic signals to achieve spraying, with large instantaneous spraying volume and good spraying effect.
3. Polyester needle felt filter bags are used, which have high dust removal efficiency, long filter bag life and low emission concentration.
4. The box body is welded with bent plates, which has high rigidity and reliability, and the appearance of the whole machine is neat and beautiful.
